So before taking you further I want to tell you that Marketing itself is a vast subject. we have to drive deep into the knowledge well, understand the concepts, put efforts to do practically and then we learn its effectiveness.

Today we are standing in a situation where many of us are in a confused stage.This Article will help those who are in the field of marketing & marketing entrepreneurs.

So if I asked you what are the changes you are observing in 21st century marketing?You might tell marketing has shifted its version into digital form.But the question is digital marketing totally different from conventional marketing?

The answer is BIG NO.Marketing communication medium is somewhat shifted from Conventional platforms which are Print Ads,Hoarding,Radio,TV to Digital Platforms Social media,internet & App.

The 21st century offers many choices for marketing communications. Companies still have access to traditional tools, such as newspapers, radio, and television, but also have a wide range of online tools, including social media. More choices are a good thing; they present opportunities to connect with more people in different ways than ever before.

What I say is 21st Century Marketing is 80% conventional & 20% digital.The basics of marketing are still the same in 21st Century Marketing.

The medium of Marketing communication can be anything.

First, it was a print medium which we popularly known as newspaper Ads.

Then it was the radio which stood strong for a few decades & still there.

Then it was TV.

Then it was the internet.

Then it was the apps.

Tomorrow something else might be the medium.

So I believe that as marketers, we should not be concerned about the medium in which the message is served.

There are few basic thing that you should know as a marketer of 21st century:

So let’s discussed about The fundamentals of marketing. Marketing is the art and science of choosing target markets and attracting, retaining, and growing customers through creating, delivering, and communicating superior customer value.

4. Promotion: Directors speak at events, webinars, useful guides that are amplified by SEO and effective with SEO. PPC Social media advertising, e.g. LinkedIn.

5. Physical Evidence: Consistent branding across communications.

6. Processes: More sales staff are now involved in conversion.

7: People: Investment in online services.
